While some information is required to be shared through PayPal, you are not allowed to share any of my personal information or the personal information of any other clients without express consent. I too am not allowed to share the personal information of my clients without express consent.

I will only be accepting PayPal as a form of payment currently, however, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

If a client wishes to share the artwork being commissioned, at any stage in the process prior to completion, they must have consent from me to publicly distribute the artwork. Furthermore, if my work is shared publicly I must be visibly and clearly credited as the artist/creator of the works. You may not resell my works without consent.

For **Safe for Work commissions **, do not include NSFW or images containing gore as a reference. I will do Not Safe for Work (hereby "NSFW") commissions, however there is no guarantee that I will offer this option often or to most of my clients. **Clients must be 18 or older (or 21+ depending on your region/country/state) in order to commission NSFW content. I am able to accept variety of types of NSFW commissions, but if I feel uncomfortable with what you want, I will let you know. I ask that you respect my decision if I decline your commission due to discomfort from the contents.

Do not commission art from me that would be attacking, bullying, or harassing another individual or group. I will never draw or add anything that would promote hate speech or discrimination.

I may refuse a client or cancel a commission if I feel a commissioner is treating me poorly or if I find or suspect that a client participates in activities that are uncomfortable to me, I find morally wrong, or are illegal. I will issue a refund if any payments were made in this case.

I may refuse or cancel a commission if a commissioner breaks any of these conditions or rules.

Payment must be given up front. If you would like to negotiate half up front and half afterwards that may also be possible. Refunds are not allowed after the art piece is near completion or completed, so please voice your concerns or requests for refunds before the final stages.

My prices are subject to change, and I will not participate in bargaining. I will not "redraw" any commissions for free that I have done in the past.

If your character is more complex or has a lot of accessories, the price may increase because of the extra time it would take to include those details.
